Slanjayvah Danza is a dance company working in a wee rural studio, based in Rait, Perthshire, Scotland. Established by Artistic Director, Jen Wren, the company creates professional performance and touring productions, community programmes and experiences that unite the traditional arts with contemporary dance.
Looking back to look forward
In this, our 21st year, we have been reflecting on our past, and in December, we will unveil our archive project. As we reviewed old works, we also came across some interviews with Jen Wren and Slanjayvah Danza trustee Phil Sanger. We enjoyed revisiting what Jen had to say about 2024 and decided to repost a couple of the interviews as part of this looking back/looking forward era.

Our Archive Project is now LIVE!
Each day in December, we are releasing a new page from our newly updated past productions as we reflect on Slanjayvah Danza's 21 years of dance theatre. On the winter solstice, we will share some exciting news about 2026.
