Dave Foote has worked globally in large scale engineering projects.

He is dyslexic and autistic and is a neurodiversity advocate who is dedicated to removing barriers in the workplace and tackling stigmas attached to neurodiversity.

As vice chair for Prospect Union Rosyth he has spoken in British and Scottish parliament to highlight the issues and create more opportunities to the neurodiverse and has helped shape government policies.

He has established networks to support individuals and help them reach their true potential and is also mental health advocate, he believes in open and honest communication on the subject.
