In 2025, as part of our 21st birthday retrospective, we found ourselves immersed in all of Jen Wren’s project research; the notebooks, rehearsal footage, press clippings, interviews and all the magic behind the body of work that makes up Slanjayvah Danza’s archive.

Reflecting on collaborations, events, and tours, it began as a stroll down memory lane and evolved into something of a legacy project. As we reconnected with the company's repertoire and recalled what audiences and reviewers had said, we decided to create a timeline of creativity, through which we would celebrate the company’s 21st year and honour the passions and talents of our collaborators and partners.
